Confirmed terminal handover

Send the airport, terminal or handling contact, flight date and current timing, passenger count, luggage details and destination. We agree the permitted meeting point and pickup instructions with the booker or handler. Any restricted-area access requires the relevant authorisation; it is never assumed.

Vehicles and onward journeys

Mercedes-Benz S-Class, E-Class and V-Class vehicles can be proposed according to the passenger and luggage requirements and confirmed availability. Transfers can continue to Bucharest hotels, business addresses, private residences or an agreed destination in Romania. Hourly availability and planned stops can be quoted separately.
