This week Ready Go USA has black sedans and SUVs open for other operators who need extra cars in New York City. If your base is short on vehicles for an airport run, a corporate trip, or just a day with more bookings than drivers, we can step in and cover the ride while the client stays yours.
Why do operators need backup cars on busy days?
Most small bases run close to full capacity most of the time. A few bookings landing at once, a driver who calls out, or a week with more requests than usual can leave a dispatcher stuck. Rather than turning a client away or sending a car that is late, many operators keep a trusted base on call for exactly these moments.
That is the role we try to fill. We are not trying to take your account or your client relationship. We are the car that shows up when your own fleet is already out on other trips.
How does overflow coverage work with Ready Go USA?
You send us the trip details and we confirm the ride quickly. Once the ride is confirmed, we send driver and vehicle details ahead of time so you can pass them to your client or keep them on file.
From there we treat the ride as if it were our own passenger. We track flights when it is an airport trip, watch the clock on point to point jobs, and send updates until the passenger is dropped off. If anything changes on our end, we tell you first. You can see how we handle a full trip through our chauffeur service in NYC.
What vehicles and coverage do we have ready this week?
We have black sedans and SUVs with open slots this week for short notice bookings. Our cars run out of our base in the Bronx, but our coverage is not limited to one borough.
Some of the trips we are set up for right now include:
- Airport pickups and drop offs at JFK, LaGuardia and Newark with flight tracking
- Point to point rides across Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, the Bronx and Staten Island
- Hourly or as directed service for meetings and short city trips
- Long distance runs to New Jersey, Connecticut, Pennsylvania and upstate New York
For airport specific jobs, our JFK car service page covers how meet and greet works on that side.
What should affiliates expect once a ride is booked?
Once you send us a trip, you can expect a fast reply, not a long wait wondering if we picked it up. We confirm, we assign a driver, and we send you the name, phone number and vehicle details before the pickup window opens.
During the ride, we keep an eye on timing and flight status if it is an airport trip, and we update you if anything comes up that could affect the schedule. When the ride ends, you know it ended, instead of guessing. This is the same standard we hold ourselves to on our own bookings, and it is what we try to offer every affiliate who sends us work. If you want to set up a working relationship or just test us on a single ride first, our contact page is the fastest way to reach Joe, who handles affiliate partnerships on our side.
FAQ
Can you cover a single overflow ride, or only ongoing partnerships?
Either one works. Some affiliates send us a one time ride during a busy week, others send trips on a regular basis. We treat both the same way, with a fast confirmation and full driver and vehicle details ahead of the pickup.
Do you only work with bases in the Bronx?
No. Our base is in the Bronx, but our black sedans and SUVs cover all five boroughs, plus trips out to New Jersey, Connecticut, Pennsylvania and upstate New York.
What information will I get once a ride is confirmed?
You will get the driver's name, a contact number and the vehicle details before the pickup time. We also send updates if the flight or trip timing shifts, and we let you know once the passenger has been dropped off.
