Q: How many passengers and bags can each vehicle type accommodate?
Each vehicle has specific passenger and bag limits. Please check our Fleet page for details. If your needs exceed these limits, you may need to upgrade or reserve an additional vehicle.
Q: What information is collected during booking and how is it used?
We collect information such as the passenger’s name, pick-up and drop-off locations, vehicle request, credit card details, and contact information. This information is confidential and used only for booking purposes. We recommend providing a valid email and mobile number for updates.
Q: What is AmyExpress’s ride cancellation policy?
Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up time incur no fees. For other circumstances, please refer to our cancellation policy on the homepage.
Q: How will I know my car has arrived and how can I contact the driver?
If you provided a mobile number, you’ll receive an SMS when your driver is on the way and when they arrive. You can also call us at the contact numbers provided for updates.
Q: What if I’m running late or my flight is delayed?
Your driver will wait for you, but charges may apply after the grace period. We track flights and have varying grace periods depending on the type of pick-up.
Q: What’s the benefit of creating an AmyExpress account?
An account allows you to manage reservations easily, edit or cancel bookings, and streamline the booking process. Online rates may also be cheaper than those offered via phone or email.
Q: Does AmyExpress offer services for corporations?

Q: Are there additional or hidden fees?
There are no hidden fees. Your estimated total includes all charges, except for wait time, stops, parking, tolls, and any early morning/late night fees.
