Our story

ComfortCars e.K. was founded in Düsseldorf in 2021. Behind it is General Manager Ali Chalhoub, who has worked in chauffeur and ground transportation since 2016 – first behind the wheel, then building and running operations. That experience shaped one simple principle: once we accept a job, we deliver it. We never cancel.

Today we operate our own fleet of Mercedes S-Class, EQE and V-Class in the Düsseldorf / Rhine-Ruhr region. For larger movements and work across Germany and Europe we extend capacity through a vetted network of partner operators for Sprinters, minibuses, coaches and sedans – coordinated by our own dispatch, with one point of contact for the client.

Our work ranges from corporate and VIP transfers, airport transfers and hourly disposal to airline crew transport, hotel partnerships and large-scale event logistics for stadium concerts, tours and trade fairs.
