The same chauffeur stays with the passenger throughout, and one point of contact holds the itinerary from briefing to the final drop-off. Where an overnight stay is needed, it is shown as a separate line in the quote. Itineraries beyond northern Germany are by arrangement and subject to availability.

The chauffeur waits between stops, and the route can change as the day does; a change that adds distance or time is re-quoted. Waiting is unlimited within half-day and full-day bookings. Transfers to and from Hamburg Airport (HAM), and to other airports in northern Germany by arrangement. The chauffeur tracks the flight and adjusts to the actual landing time, so a delay does not need a phone call. Sixty minutes of waiting time from landing is included on airport pickups. Where a booking is made in advance, chauffeur details are shared at least 24 hours before pickup.
