What are the cancellation and no-show terms?

Single-day services can be cancelled free of charge more than 24 hours before pickup; at 24 hours or less, 100% is charged. Multi-day programmes or events can be cancelled free more than seven days before the first service; later cancellation is charged in full. For an unreachable no-show, we generally wait up to 60 minutes at the airport or 15 minutes in the city before treating the service as completed and fully chargeable.

How do Munich Airport pickups work?

Please send the flight number, terminal or confirmed GAT point, passenger and luggage details, requested name sign, guest contact and reachable booker. We confirm the meeting point and monitor flight information where possible; significant delays can create chargeable waiting time.

How are prices and additional charges handled?

Accepted Answer

Samuelz confirms the applicable net price and scope in writing before acceptance. Additional hours, extra stops, material itinerary changes, extra vehicles and exceptional out-of-area costs are chargeable only under the confirmed terms and, where possible, are discussed before they are incurred.

Which vehicles can be requested?

Accepted Answer

Our standard vehicle is a Mercedes-Benz van such as a V-Class or comparable for up to six passengers. Sedan, additional vehicle and special luggage requirements are matched to the booking and confirmed availability. The confirmed vehicle class and operational details are provided before service.

What information is required before Samuelz accepts an affiliate booking?

Accepted Answer

Please provide pickup and destination, date and time, flight details where relevant, passenger and luggage count, requested vehicle class, booker and guest contacts, billing reference and any special requirements. A request is binding only after Samuelz sends written confirmation with availability, scope and price.
