Although commercial vehicles are exempt from this requirement, our company prioritizes the safety of our passengers and always requests the use of child seats. Child Seat Rental: For the safety of your children, we offer child seats for a rental fee of $3 per seat. Please inform us at the time of booking if you need a child seat, and we will prepare it for you.

A corporate member is a special membership program designed for business clients. After applying and passing our review, you can enjoy the following benefits by paying an annual fee of $300. Free Cancellation: Up to 24 hours before for all vehicles. No Cancellation Charges: In case of flight delays or cancellations. Included Cancellation Protection Fee. Additionally, corporate members can use the following payment methods: ACH, Domestic and International Wire Transfers, Check.

What is a Cancellation Protection Fee?

The cancellation protection fee is designed to cover cancellation charges that may occur due to flight delays or cancellations. It costs $15 per reservation. This fee is already included for corporate members, so they do not need to purchase it separately.

Payment Methods

You can use the following payment methods: Cash, Credit Card (subject to a 3.5% service fee), Check (corporate members only), ACH Transfer (corporate members only), International Wire Transfer (corporate members only), Domestic Wire Transfer (corporate members only). Please note that any transaction fees for wire transfers will be the responsibility of the customer.

Cancellation and Change Deadlines

Sedans and SUVs Cancellation: Free cancellation up to 3 days before the scheduled service. Limo Vans and Passenger Vans Cancellation: Free cancellation up to 7 days before the scheduled service. Cancellations due to airline cancellations or changes in connecting flights that prevent you from arriving as scheduled will still incur charges if not within the cancellation deadline. However, no cancellation charges will apply for corporate accounts or if a cancellation protection fee of $15 is paid at the time of booking. Time Changes: Changes can be made up to 6 hours in advance. Date Changes: Changes can be made up to 24 hours in advance. Changes made later than these windows will incur a $20 change fee.

Last-Minute Arrangements: How Late Can You Book?

If a vehicle is available, we can accommodate reservations made a few hours in advance. However, to ensure availability, we recommend booking at least 2 to 3 days prior. Online Reservations must be completed at least 24 hours in advance. We do not accept online bookings after this time. Phone Reservations: If you need to make a reservation within 24 hours, please contact us by phone. We can often accommodate last-minute arrangements. For urgent bookings, calling us directly allows us to respond to your needs as quickly as possible.

Are the Drivers Japanese?

As of the end of June 2024, all our drivers are 100% Japanese. Occasionally, we may subcontract to our partner companies, which might involve American drivers; however, we will always inform you in advance if this is the case. Please note that this does not apply to other states. Our reservation desk is always manned by Japanese staff, so you can feel confident booking limousines, private jets, and cruisers in other states as well.

To protect privacy, we do not disclose specific company names or individual names; however, we have dealings with nearly all companies that you may be familiar with.
