Question 1

Which airports do you serve?

Accepted Answer

Lux Lane serves MIA, FLL and PBI, as well as private airports in the South Florida service area.

Question 2

Where will I meet my chauffeur?

Accepted Answer

The meeting point depends on the pickup option arranged for the reservation. Lux Lane coordinates the exact location for curbside pickup or meet and greet.

Question 3

What is the difference between curbside and meet and greet?

Accepted Answer

With curbside pickup, you meet your chauffeur at the agreed curbside location. Meet and greet provides an assisted arrival at a meeting point coordinated in advance and carries an additional fee.

Question 4

Do you track my flight?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Provide flight information with your reservation so Lux Lane can track its status and coordinate pickup.

Question 5

Is there a grace period for airport pickups?

Accepted Answer

The current service includes 30 minutes of grace for domestic flights and 60 minutes for international flights. Additional waiting is charged after that period.

Question 6

How much luggage can I bring?

Accepted Answer

Capacity depends on the vehicle and the size of the bags. Include passenger and luggage details when booking so Lux Lane can help select a suitable vehicle.

Question 7

How does hourly service work?

Accepted Answer

You reserve a vehicle and chauffeur for a set period. They remain available while you make stops, and the time continues while you are at each stop.

Question 8

Is there a minimum hourly booking?

Accepted Answer

The minimum booking is 3 hours for sedans and SUVs, and 4 hours for the Sprinter.

Question 9

When does my booked time start?

Accepted Answer

It starts at the service start time shown on the reservation, not when the booking is made online.

Question 10

Are stops included in the hourly rate?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Stops are included in the hourly rate, and time spent at each stop counts toward the booked period.

Question 11

Where does Lux Lane operate?

Accepted Answer

Lux Lane operates throughout Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach counties, including MIA, FLL, PBI and private airports. Longer journeys, including South Florida to Orlando, are also available by request.

Question 12

Can I add more hours?

Accepted Answer

Ask Lux Lane to add hours to the reservation and confirm the revised finish time.
