Which services do you offer to corporate partners?
Airport/port transfers, private tours, hourly chauffeurs, executive/VIP transport, event logistics, multi‑vehicle convoy support, shuttle/resort transfers, and white‑label/preferred‑partner programs.
In which locations do you operate?
Direct operations in Athens and Mykonos, including Athens International Airport (ATH), Piraeus/Rafina/Lavrio ports, Mykonos Airport (JMK), Old/New Ports, marinas, major hotels, private villas and event venues.
What insurance and compliance standards do you maintain?
All vehicles comply with Greek regulations and carry required public liability coverage (€1.3 million per vehicle). We maintain full regulatory compliance, vehicle maintenance records and chauffeur vetting documentation.
Do you subcontract drivers or vehicles?
No. We operate with a company‑maintained fleet and employed, fully vetted chauffeurs — no subcontracting — to ensure consistent standards and accountability.
What SLAs and performance guarantees do you provide?
We define arrival windows, on‑time performance targets, contingency protocols and real‑time monitoring. Specific SLAs, including remedies for non‑performance, are contractual and agreed per partnership.
How do you handle high‑volume or peak‑season capacity?
We manage capacity via reserved partner allocations, dynamic scheduling, priority blocks, advance planning and dedicated account coordination to ensure continuity for large programs and events.
Can you integrate with corporate systems and booking platforms?
Our booking infrastructure runs on Bokun (a Tripadvisor booking platform) and Moovs; Moovs is directly integrated with GNet to enable partner bookings and real‑time availability. Additional integrations and SLA scope are defined per agreement.
What are your pricing and contracting models?
We offer contracted rates, fixed transfer fees, hourly chauffeur rates and volume/seasonal discounts. Custom commercial terms and preferred‑partner packages are provided after service-scope review.
How do you ensure confidentiality and VIP security?
Chauffeurs receive protocol and confidentiality training. We implement secure routing, limited-disclosure briefings and discreet handling of high‑profile clients; enhanced security measures can be provided on request.
