Nero Limo is based in Toronto and provides chauffeured transportation throughout the Greater Toronto Area and Southern Ontario, including Niagara Falls, Hamilton, Kitchener-Waterloo, London, Barrie and Muskoka. Long-distance transportation to Ottawa, Montreal and other cities can also be arranged.
**Which airports do you service?**
We regularly service Toronto Pearson International Airport (YYZ), Billy Bishop Toronto City Airport (YTZ), Hamilton International Airport (YHM) and regional airports throughout Ontario.
**What vehicles are available?**
Our fleet includes executive sedans, black executive SUVs, BMW i7, Mercedes-Benz S-Class and Mercedes-Benz Sprinter vans for larger groups.
**Do you accept affiliate reservations through GNet?**
Yes. We welcome affiliate and farm-in reservations through GNet and work with transportation companies, travel managers, corporate clients and event partners.
**Do you monitor arriving flights?**
Yes. Airport reservations are monitored using the passenger's flight information so our operations team and chauffeur can adjust for early arrivals or delays.
**How are passengers contacted for pickup?**
The assigned chauffeur normally contacts the passenger by text before pickup or upon arrival. Clear pickup instructions are provided for airport, hotel, residential and event transportation.
**Do you offer airport Meet & Greet service?**
Yes. Inside-terminal Meet & Greet service can be arranged at Toronto Pearson and other airports upon request.
**Can you accommodate last-minute reservations?**
Yes, subject to vehicle availability. We regularly handle same-day and short-notice transportation requests for corporate, VIP and affiliate clients.
**Do you provide hourly or as-directed chauffeur service?**
Yes. Hourly and as-directed service is available for corporate meetings, roadshows, events, sightseeing, productions and clients requiring a chauffeur at their disposal.
**Can you handle corporate and executive transportation?**
Yes. We provide executive airport transfers, meeting transportation, roadshows, conferences, client transportation and multi-vehicle programs.
**Can Nero Limo manage groups and events?**
Yes. We can coordinate multiple sedans, SUVs and Sprinter vans for conferences, festivals, corporate events, entertainment productions and group movements.
**Do you provide transportation to Niagara Falls?**
Yes. We provide point-to-point transfers, hourly service and private chauffeured transportation between Toronto, Pearson Airport, Niagara Falls and Niagara-on-the-Lake.
**Can you accommodate luggage, golf clubs or production equipment?**
Yes. Please provide the passenger and luggage or equipment count when sending the reservation so we can assign the appropriate vehicle.
**Are child seats available?**
Yes. Child seats can be arranged with advance notice. Please include the child's age or required seat type when submitting the reservation.
**How does Nero Limo communicate with affiliate partners during a trip?**
We prioritize clear communication and can provide chauffeur information, passenger contact updates, pickup status and any changes affecting the reservation.
**Can you provide service outside Toronto?**
Yes. In addition to Toronto and the GTA, we regularly handle long-distance transfers and chauffeured service throughout Ontario. Transportation in other Canadian cities can also be coordinated through trusted affiliate partners.
**What information should affiliates include when sending a reservation?**
Please provide the passenger name and mobile number, pickup date and time, pickup and drop-off locations, flight information when applicable, passenger and luggage count, requested vehicle type and any special instructions.
