We process the payment 5-7 days before the trip date if reservation made early, some case we process 72 hours prior to the trip.

I have already made my reservation from the airport, what should I do once I land?

Accepted Answer

Our Chauffeur will call or text you as soon as your flight arrive. In-case if you didn't get any text or call Please call us, after you retrieve your luggage. What is the maximum deadline to cancel reservation?

If you need to cancel your reservation for any reason, we suggest you do so at least 6 hours in advance for Luxury Sedan and SUV pickups in NYC 5 Boroughs, all others vehicles 48 hour required to get full 100% refund. Cancellations made after these time-frames may be subjected to fees.
