Is there a waiting time grace period?

Domestic arrivals include 30 minutes of complimentary wait time after touchdown; international arrivals include 60 minutes. Additional wait time is billed in 15-minute increments at your vehicle's hourly rate.

Do you service private FBO terminals?

Yes. NLS regularly services every major FBO across the Bay Area and Los Angeles, including Signature, Atlantic, Jet Aviation, Million Air, and Clay Lacy. Tail number coordination is included.

Are your rates all-inclusive?

Our published rates include the chauffeur, vehicle, fuel, standard wait time, and base gratuity-eligible service. Tolls, parking, airport fees, and overage wait time are billed separately.

Where do I meet my chauffeur?

For arrivals, your chauffeur meets you at baggage claim with a personalized meet-and-greet sign by default. Curbside pickup and private FBO meet points are also available on request.

How far in advance should I book?

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, ACH, and approved corporate billing accounts. Personal bookings are typically charged at the time of reservation; corporate accounts can be invoiced on negotiated terms.

We monitor flight schedules in real time. If your flight is delayed, your chauffeur will adjust pickup time automatically. You are never left waiting and never charged for delays outside your control.
