Service commitments: Confirmations within 30 minutes of request. Chauffeur name, photo, vehicle, and plate sent 2 hours before pickup. 15-minute complimentary grace window on all pickups. ATL Airport: 60-minute complimentary wait for international arrivals, 30 minutes for domestic, with live flight tracking.
Fees: 20% gratuity added to all affiliate trips, 7% fuel/STC surcharge, +15% after-hours (10 PM–5 AM), $15 per extra stop, $25 meet & greet at ATL, +25% holiday/peak surcharge.
Cancellation policy: More than 4 hours’ notice — free. 2–4 hours — 50% charge. Less than 2 hours or no-show — 100% charge.
Farm-in/farm-out terms: 20% referral commission on all affiliate-sourced bookings.
