Question 1

What services does London Transfers provide?

Accepted Answer

London Transfers is a chauffeur driven car and minibus hire company covering London and the wider UK. We provide airport transfers, corporate travel, weddings, proms, funerals, sightseeing tours, sporting and equestrian events, music festivals, film unit vehicles and group travel by minibus or coach.

Question 2

Which areas do you cover?

Accepted Answer

We are based in London and operate throughout the capital as standard, with nationwide coverage available for longer journeys across the UK. Popular routes include transfers between London and cities such as Birmingham, Manchester, Oxford, Cambridge and Bristol, as well as journeys to racecourses, stadiums, festival sites and coastal ports.

Question 3

What is the difference between your vehicle classes?

Accepted Answer

The Range Rover suits executive travel and airport work, the Mercedes G Wagon and Rolls Royce Phantom are chosen for weddings and prestige occasions, the Mercedes V Class and Jet Class handle small groups travelling together with luggage, and the Sprinters, minibuses and coaches scale from six to seventy two passengers.

Question 4

How is pricing worked out?

Accepted Answer

Point to point journeys such as airport transfers are quoted as a fixed price based on distance and vehicle class. Hourly hire starts from £75 an hour for the Range Rover and scales up by vehicle class. Group vehicles are quoted individually once passenger numbers, luggage and the itinerary are known.

Question 5

How far ahead do I need to book?

Accepted Answer

For standard transfers, a day or two’s notice is usually enough, though popular dates fill up faster and are best booked several weeks ahead. For weddings, large group travel or multi-vehicle event bookings, booking is recommended as soon as the date is confirmed.

Question 6

Do you only handle transfers, or can you cover a full day or event?

Accepted Answer

Both. Alongside standard transfers, London Transfers provides as directed chauffeur hire for a half day or full day, including roadshows, race days, weddings and productions requiring vehicles on standby.

Question 7

Can businesses set up a corporate account?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Corporate accounts give businesses consolidated invoicing, priority booking and a dedicated point of contact.
