Question 1

Can I cancel or modify my booking?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Free cancellation is available up to 2 hours before pickup for standard bookings. Same-day airport transfers have a 3-hour cancellation window. Modifications to the time or destination are free at any point before dispatch.

Question 2

Does my driver track my flight if it is delayed?

Accepted Answer

Automatically. Vantage Lane monitors your flight number in real time. If your flight is delayed, the driver adjusts their arrival time accordingly, and you are not charged waiting time for delays outside your control.

Question 3

Is meet-and-greet included at the airport?

Accepted Answer

Yes. It is included as standard on all airport transfers. The driver waits in the arrivals hall with a name board, assists with luggage and escorts you to the vehicle.

Question 4

When do I pay — now or on the day?

Accepted Answer

Payment is taken securely at the time of booking. You receive an instant confirmation and receipt. Corporate accounts can use monthly invoice billing.

Question 5

Do you operate outside London?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Vantage Lane covers all of England, including long-distance city-to-city transfers such as London to Manchester, Birmingham and Edinburgh, as well as day-rate chauffeur hire for touring and multi-stop itineraries.
