A roundup of what we’ve added and improved for ground operators over May and June 2026, new ways to win work, grow your network, get found online, and run your business with less effort.
Find more work across the network
More ways to discover trips and capacity wherever they are.
Search the whole network for vehicles NEW
Find available vehicles near any location without knowing the operator in advance. Enter an airport code or drop a pin on the map, filter by vehicle type, and see photos, capacity, pricing, and distance at a glance. If a vehicle belongs to one of your partners, you’ll see a
Your Partner badge.

Needs come to you
When another operator posts a trip they need covered, it now appears right in your activity feed — so you can jump on opportunities instead of hunting for them.
Share a need outside the network
Every public need now has a Share button. Send a trip to a colleague or post it anywhere; anyone who isn’t a member sees the key details with an invitation to join GNet before they reply.
Connect and respond faster
When someone replies to one of your needs, each reply is now a complete action card — the replier’s name, email, and phone right at the top (with one-click copy), plus buttons to message them, view their profile or fleet, or send a partnership request.

• Message any replier directly. No need to be partners first — once someone replies to your need, you can message them straight away.
• Contact details, shared fairly. Reply cards keep contact sharing mutual, so both sides reveal their details when they’re ready. Already partnered? Details show right away.
• Mute the needs you don’t cover. Mute an operator’s notifications from the new Muted Publishers tab — without going quiet on the rest of the network.
• Never miss a message. New replies and chat messages surface in your dashboard inbox and activity feed, with email and WhatsApp alerts when you’re not already in the conversation.
Stay in the loop
Your activity feed is clearer and more useful:

• See your partners’ new vehicle, service, and location photos right in the feed.
• React to any update with a thumbs up or thumbs down.
• Partner logos appear next to their updates, so you know who’s who at a glance.
• Clearer labels for network-wide vs partner-only needs, checkmarks on active filters, and friendlier empty-state screens.
• The unread badge now matches exactly what’s in your feed, and a banner flags new activity since your last visit.
Grow your business
Refer & Earn
A new Grow Your Network card on your dashboard gives you a personal referral link. Refer a fellow operator, and when they join and qualify, you both receive platform credit toward your next invoice.
More included on every plan
Features that used to require an upgrade are now open to everyone, including Basic — no upsell walls in your way.
Get found online
We’ve made your public profile far easier to find — through Google and through AI assistants like ChatGPT and Gemini.
• A new Search Engine Indexing panel in your settings tells you whether your profile is showing up in Google, and exactly what to do if it isn’t.
• Profiles now appear with richer, more accurate listings in search results and AI answers.
• We launched the GNet Connect blog — practical guides on fleet photography, building affiliate partnerships, getting discovered, and more.
Connect your tools and automate
Limo Anywhere integration NEW
If you dispatch with Limo Anywhere, link your account and keep your fleet in sync with your GNet profile automatically. A Limo Anywhere Connected badge shows on your public profile, and there are no passwords to share — just your company alias.
Smart Agent upgrades
Your AI email agent now has its own
Analytics (response volume, average response time, and how inquiries were handled) and
Settings (tone, behavior, and automation rules) — all from the dashboard.

Run your business with less effort
Download your transaction history
Export your full billing history as a CSV file, ready for accounting or your bookkeeper.
