Question 2

Do you provide executive and corporate transportation?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Black Car Affair provides executive and corporate transportation for airport transfers, business meetings, client and guest transportation, multi-stop itineraries, hourly and as-directed service, and other time-sensitive engagements throughout Los Angeles, Orange County and Southern California. BCA works with executives, executive assistants, chiefs of staff, Human Resources professionals and corporate travel teams that require discretion, proactive communication and dependable execution.

Question 3

How is Black Car Affair different from rideshare and standard car services?

Accepted Answer

Black Car Affair is an owner-led private chauffeur company built around preparation, direct communication and personal accountability. Each reservation is coordinated in advance with attention to timing, vehicle requirements, passenger needs and itinerary details. Unlike on-demand transportation, BCA provides a calm, consistent experience centered on early arrival, proactive communication, discretion and professional follow-through from confirmation through final drop-off.

Question 4

Does Black Car Affair only accept ongoing or relationship-based clients?

Accepted Answer

No. Black Car Affair welcomes first-time passengers, one-time reservations, occasional affiliate requests, overflow assignments, last-minute needs and special events, as well as recurring corporate travel and ongoing partnerships. “Relationship-led” describes the attention, communication and accountability brought to every reservation; it does not require a client or affiliate partner to commit to ongoing service.

Question 5

What vehicle types does Black Car Affair provide?

Accepted Answer

Black Car Affair provides four vehicle categories: Sedan, Luxury Sedan, SUV and Luxury SUV. The appropriate category is recommended based on passenger count, luggage, itinerary, service requirements and availability. The specific vehicle, passenger capacity and luggage capacity are confirmed before service so the assigned vehicle is appropriate for the reservation.

Question 6

How does Black Car Affair manage airport, executive and time-sensitive reservations?

Accepted Answer

Each reservation is reviewed for flight information, pickup instructions, passenger count, luggage, vehicle requirements, timing, traffic, terminal or venue access and special considerations. Service may include flight monitoring, pre-trip confirmation, chauffeur and vehicle information, arrival updates, pickup coordination and completion communication. When an itinerary or flight changes, BCA adjusts the service plan and keeps the appropriate passenger, booker or affiliate partner informed.

Question 7

Why do companies, executives and professional bookers choose Black Car Affair?

Accepted Answer

Black Car Affair was founded by Nicole McNeil, MBA, following more than 25 years in executive-level Human Resources. That experience shaped an operating approach grounded in preparation, discretion, schedule awareness, professional communication, service recovery and respect for every client relationship. BCA understands that transportation reflects on the executive assistant, company, hotel, planner or affiliate that arranged it, and each reservation is managed with that responsibility in mind.

Question 8

How does Black Car Affair protect affiliate and partner relationships?

Accepted Answer

Affiliate assignments are treated as an extension of the originating company’s brand. Black Car Affair does not solicit, market to or attempt to retain affiliate passengers. BCA follows the booking partner’s communication instructions, preserves confidentiality, provides appropriate trip updates and focuses on representing the originating company with professionalism, discretion and consistent service.

Question 9

Can Black Car Affair provide affiliate, overflow or last-minute coverage?

Accepted Answer

Yes, based on availability and the requirements of the reservation. Black Car Affair accepts planned affiliate assignments, one-time requests, airport transfers, executive transportation, overflow work, difficult itineraries and last-minute coverage throughout Los Angeles, Orange County and Southern California. There is no minimum number of reservations required before requesting service. For time-sensitive requests, text is preferred, followed by email and then phone. Extended-hours support is available as operations safely allow.
