Hi, I'm Nicole McNeil, founder of Black Car Affair.

After more than 25 years supporting executives in Human Resources and leadership roles, I learned that exceptional service isn't about simply getting someone from one place to another. It's about preparation, communication, professionalism, and creating confidence before the journey even begins.

I founded Black Car Affair to bring that same executive-level mindset to private chauffeur and affiliate transportation throughout Los Angeles, Orange County, and Southern California.

Whether I'm working directly with a private client, coordinating with an executive assistant, representing an affiliate partner, or supporting a hotel, meeting planner, or travel professional, my approach is always the same: listen carefully, communicate proactively, anticipate needs, and represent every reservation with professionalism and care.

Black Car Affair is intentionally relationship-driven. Some clients book one airport transfer, while others rely on us for executive travel, private aviation, special events, or ongoing transportation support. Many affiliate partners trust us to represent their brand because they know their clients will be treated with the same attention and respect they provide themselves.

As an owner-operated company backed by a carefully selected affiliate network, I remain personally invested in every reservation. My goal isn't simply to complete a trip—it's to become the transportation partner people feel confident recommending again and again.
