HK Executive Travel is the chauffeur brand of HK TAG Ltd, a London company incorporated in 2022 and registered for VAT. We are licensed as a private hire operator by Transport for London, licence 11919, and by Hertsmere Borough Council, licence 780, and registered with the ICO under ZB879375.
We work with private clients, corporate accounts and trade partners. Our own work is airport transfers, corporate and roadshow travel, and by-the-hour hire across Greater London and the Home Counties, with long distance UK and cross Channel journeys on request. Vehicles run from Standard Saloon through Business and First Class saloons, Business Vans and Sprinters, with a long-wheelbase Range Rover for the SUV class. Electric equivalents are available in the Business, First and Van classes at the same capacity and the same rate.
For partners: we accept farm-in work from operators, travel management companies and DMCs, quoted individually rather than from a fixed sheet. Quotes and confirmations come back the same working day, usually within a few hours. Every journey is planned in advance with flight tracking on airport arrivals, meet and greet where required, and chauffeur details confirmed before pickup.
