Taxi Minnesota provides pre-arranged car service, private transportation, hourly driver service, tourism and sightseeing transportation, airport transfers, long-distance transportation, rural pickups, business travel, event transportation and customized trips throughout Minnesota. Transportation can originate from cities, small towns, rural communities, hotels, resorts, businesses, colleges, hospitals, airports, FBOs, private aviation facilities and other eligible locations. Service areas include Rochester, Duluth, St. Cloud, Mankato, Moorhead, Bemidji, Brainerd, Winona, Alexandria, Willmar, Marshall, Owatonna, Faribault, Red Wing, Albert Lea, Austin, Grand Rapids, Hibbing, International Falls and hundreds of smaller Minnesota communities. Availability varies by location, distance, weather, pickup time and driver availability. Long-distance car service is available between Minnesota communities and for qualifying interstate trips. Transportation may include city-to-city trips, rural-to-city service, airport connections, hotel transfers, college transportation, business travel, family visits, resorts and other long-distance destinations. Passengers unable to find a local taxi or rideshare driver may also request transportation. Hourly private driver service is available for customers needing a vehicle and driver for an extended period. Hourly service can accommodate business meetings, appointments, shopping, restaurants, property tours, weddings, events, family activities, tourism, sightseeing, multiple stops and customized itineraries. Half-day and extended-hour arrangements may also be available. Tourism and sightseeing service allows visitors and residents to arrange a private driver for scenic destinations, historic communities, attractions, restaurants, shopping, lakes, parks, resorts, wineries and entertainment destinations. Customers may create their own itinerary with multiple destinations. Airport transportation can be arranged from eligible locations throughout Minnesota to Minneapolis-Saint Paul International Airport, Rochester International Airport, Duluth International Airport, regional airports, municipal airports and other aviation facilities. Early-morning, late-night and long-distance airport trips may be requested in advance. Private aviation and FBO transportation is available between regional airports or private aviation facilities and hotels, resorts, businesses, residences, meetings and long-distance destinations. Rural and small-town transportation is an important part of our service. Passengers in communities with limited taxi or rideshare availability can request transportation to another town, regional city, airport, hotel, business, college or long-distance destination. Advance reservations are recommended when a driver must travel a significant distance to reach the pickup. Stranded-passenger transportation may be available for rideshare cancellations, vehicle breakdown situations, unavailable rental vehicles, missed transportation connections, travelers stranded at hotels and passengers in communities where local transportation is unavailable. Hotel and resort transportation can be arranged to airports, restaurants, businesses, entertainment destinations and other locations. Scheduled return trips and long-distance hotel transportation may also be requested. Business and corporate transportation is available for meetings, conferences, airports, hotels, corporate facilities and travel between Minnesota communities. Hourly service can accommodate multiple meetings or stops and may be arranged for executives, employees, contractors and clients. College and university transportation may include airport transfers, transportation between campus and home, holiday or semester travel and long-distance trips for students, parents, faculty and visitors. Wedding, reception, concert, festival, winery, restaurant and special-event transportation may be arranged in advance. Hourly or multiple-stop service can accommodate transportation between hotels, venues, restaurants and other destinations. Multiple-stop transportation is available for itineraries involving appointments, shopping, business visits, tourism, family obligations, property visits, waiting periods or several scheduled destinations. Regional and interstate transportation may be available from eligible Minnesota pickup locations to destinations outside the state. Long-distance trips are subject to itinerary approval and driver availability. Winter transportation may be available during snow and cold-weather conditions when travel can be completed safely. Weather and road conditions can affect pickup and travel times. Taxi Minnesota can transport passengers TO Minneapolis and Saint Paul from eligible pickup locations elsewhere in Minnesota, including transportation into the Twin Cities and qualifying airport trips. However, pickups originating within the Minneapolis or Saint Paul city limits cannot be arranged.
