    Alectronical Electronical Solutions

LimoExtreme is a multi-tenant dispatch and reservation platform built for the ground transportation industry. Designed for livery, limousine, and chauffeured-car operators, it brings the entire operation into one connected system — so a company can run dispatch, bookings, billing, and partner relationships from a single platform instead of stitching together separate tools. The platform covers the full operational lifecycle: dispatch management, online and phone booking, an affiliate and farm-out partner network, dedicated customer, affiliate, and driver portals, real-time GPS tracking, flight tracking with automatic pickup-time adjustment, driver identity verification, automated email and SMS communication, invoicing and payments, and payroll and settlements. Built-in integrations connect it to the services operators rely on — payment processing, mapping and tolls, SMS, and live flight data — so trips stay accurate from booking through completion. LimoExtreme is built to connect operators to one another. Its affiliate and farm-out tools, now integrated with the GNet network, let companies send and receive trips with trusted partners while keeping full control through team verification. The result is a platform that doesn't just dispatch cars — it runs the business and extends it across the broader transportation network.

Choosing a dispatch and booking system

A dispatch system is where an operator's day runs: reservations come in, trips are assigned to drivers and vehicles, and status flows back to the customer. Most systems in this list combine dispatch with an online booking channel, a driver app and billing, but how far each goes differs. Start from the work your team does every day rather than from a feature list.

Check the dispatch board first. Can a dispatcher see the day at a glance, reassign a trip in a couple of clicks, and spot a late pickup before the customer calls? Then look at booking: whether customers and travel managers can book online, whether corporate accounts get their own rates and billing, and whether the booking widget can carry your brand.

Driver and passenger experience matters as much as the back office. A driver app should show the trip, navigation and passenger details, and send status updates without the driver having to call in. Vehicle tracking and flight tracking cut the number of calls dispatch has to make, especially for airport work.

Farm-in and farm-out decide how you work with affiliates. If you send trips to other operators, or take theirs, check whether the system does it through an integration or through email and phone. Platforms marked "Connects to GNet" can exchange trips with operators on the GNet network, which spans 6,000+ operators in 90+ countries.

Finally, ask about the practical things a demo skips: how your data is exported if you leave, what migration from your current system involves, how pricing scales with vehicles or trips, and whether there is an API for the tools you already use. The comparison table below shows what each vendor has reported or GNet has verified; anything marked with a question mark is worth asking the vendor about directly.

Frequently asked questions

What does "Connects to GNet" mean?
The platform has a live integration with GNet that GRiDD has reviewed, so operators using it can send and receive trips with other operators on the GNet network. Platforms with limited or legacy integrations do not get the label.
What does "Verified by GNet" mean?
GNet checked that capability itself, through integration certification, live GNet traffic or a test, and the review is less than 12 months old. The month on the chip is when it was last reviewed. After 12 months the mark is removed until GNet reviews it again.
What does "Reported by vendor" mean?
The vendor told us its product has the capability, through its website or a statement, and GRiDD reviewed the claim before showing it. GNet has not tested it.
Why do some capabilities show a question mark?
A question mark means we have no reviewed information yet. It does not mean "not supported". Vendors can add evidence for their own products from the marketplace portal.
How is this list ordered?
Alphabetically by vendor name. You can switch to sort by the number of GNet-verified capabilities. Featured or paid placement never changes the order on this page.
How do I get my software listed?
Vendors can create a listing from the marketplace portal. Products in the dispatch, booking or reservation categories appear on this page once GRiDD publishes the listing.

How this list is built

Each vendor appears once, represented by a single product: the one with the most relevant capabilities on record. Capabilities on a card come only from that product and the GNet platform linked to it. A capability counts when it is supported and its review is less than 12 months old; vendors whose only matching capabilities are partial are not listed. GNet capabilities (such as farm-in and farm-out) are checked by GNet; other capabilities are reported by the vendor and reviewed by GRiDD before they are shown. The order is alphabetical unless you choose otherwise, and featured or paid placement never changes it.
