Tech services and development company. US based and operated. Alectronical Electronical Solutions (AES) is a managed IT, telephony, and software development company based in Union, New Jersey. We design and build fully connected systems — from VOIP phone infrastructure and network architecture to cloud services and custom business software — that let operators run their entire business on technology built to their exact specifications. Our flagship product for the ground transportation industry is LimoExtreme, a multi-tenant dispatch and reservation platform built specifically for livery and chauffeured-transportation operators. LimoExtreme handles the full operational lifecycle: dispatch management, an affiliate and farm-out partner network, online booking, customer/affiliate/driver portals, real-time GPS tracking, flight tracking with automatic pickup-time adjustment, driver identity verification, automated email and SMS, and payroll and settlements. It is designed from the ground up to connect operators to one another and to industry networks, which is why we're joining GNet as a software provider. Telephony and voice are core to what we do. Alongside our managed FreePBX/Sangoma VOIP deployments, we develop advanced voice solutions — including a real-time AI phone agent that answers calls, understands callers, and books reservations entirely by voice, handing off to live staff when needed. This pairing of a serious dispatch platform with intelligent, custom-built telephony is what sets AES apart: we don't just resell tools, we engineer the systems our clients' businesses actually run on.
