A corporate ground transportation platform for supplier sourcing

When you still need a booking tool
If your program needs employee booking, travel-policy enforcement, expense processing or a particular native booking channel, assess those requirements separately. GNet's role here is supplier discovery and connectivity. Using GNet alongside an existing booking tool does not by itself establish a native integration with that tool.
GNet connects TMC and OTA booking stacks through the GNet Platform API. There is no live Sabre, Amadeus, Travelport or SAP Concur integration today; GDS and Concur connectivity is on the roadmap. If the program is Concur- or GDS-primary, contact GNet.
Your IT team can review GNet Platform API details when needed. For integration options, see the TMC guide to ground transportation APIs.

Frequently asked questions
How does GNet fit a corporate ground transportation program?
GNet helps corporate travel managers source chauffeur suppliers and review available credential evidence. GNet Platform supports reservation exchange through an API. Evaluate employee booking, policy enforcement, expense processing and native booking channels separately.
How do travel managers source suppliers in new markets?
Search by city and service, review operator profiles and available credentials, then contact suitable operators or send a partnership request. Confirm coverage, availability and commercial terms directly with the operator. Your supplier relationships remain with the operators.
Does every verified operator have current insurance and licence documents?
No. Most operators have insurance and licence documentation on file, tracked for expiry. Coverage is not universal, including among verified operators. Review available status and request the evidence your procurement process requires. A badge does not replace your supplier assessment.
Can travel buyers see the underlying documents?
Documents remain private unless the operator shares them. Review available profile information and ask the operator for the documents your program needs.
What should a corporate ground transportation RFP include?
Ask for current insurance certificates and limits, operating licences and permits for relevant markets, driver standards, subcontracting arrangements, service requirements and a process for keeping evidence current. Check what is available for each supplier; do not assume every profile contains every required document.
Does GNet integrate with Concur or GDS platforms?
GNet connects TMC and OTA booking stacks through the GNet Platform API. There is no live Sabre, Amadeus, Travelport or SAP Concur integration today; GDS and Concur connectivity is on the roadmap. If the program is Concur- or GDS-primary, contact GNet.
We already use GroundSpan or Deem. Where does GNet fit?
GNet can be evaluated for supplier discovery and connectivity alongside your existing booking tools. Using the products alongside each other does not establish a native integration. Discuss your actual booking stack and supplier requirements with GNet before selecting a workflow.
